About Scheffers Construction Co., Inc.
Brothers and partners Jack and Tom Scheffers incorporated Scheffers Construction in 1985, after learning the construction trade from the time they were young men by working for their father, who was also a local builder. Jack and Tom alone bring a combined 62 years of construction experience to their clients.
The
Scheffers families live a firm conviction that reflects their values in
the importance of family and community. Jack and Tom Scheffers:
- Volunteer at the Habitat for Humanity "Fast Built House" sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo.
- Serve on school boards for the Kalamazoo Christian Schools.
- Serve on church council.
- Sponsor Little League and community league baseball teams.
- Coach Little League
- Coach basketball at Kalamazoo Christian Middle School.
- Serve as youth club leaders.
